Freight, charging and trade under one roof.
Numa grew out of OX Delivers' Rwanda operation. Today it brings logistics, EV charging and trading together as one business. Its trucks carry agricultural, commercial and industrial goods, and its charging stations serve both its own fleet and other electric vehicles. That mix makes Numa unusual. It isn't just a logistics company using software. It's building a new model for clean freight in Rwanda.

Challenge
Many moving parts, one source of truth.
Charging added a whole new layer to the business. Stations, chargers, vehicles and sessions all had to be managed, priced and paid for. Customers needed to pay digitally, and every transaction had to meet Rwanda's EBM rules. The trickier problem was data. Charger readings and vehicle telemetry don't always agree, and some sessions end without complete information. Numa needed numbers it could trust

Approach
Building on what we knew.
We already understood the fleet, the charging setup and Rwanda's compliance rules, so we could focus on what was new. We built customer-facing charging tools, station management, flexible time-based pricing, and payment flows with Mobile Money and EBM built in. For the data problem, we connected charger records with vehicle telemetry and added reconciliation logic and manual fallbacks for incomplete sessions.
